I would give it 3 stars out of 5 overall, but I’d probably give it 4 stars compared to the rest of the phase 4/5 MCU films tbh. It was enjoyable to watch, which is more than I can say for the majority of MCU films past 2019.

 

Continuing my rewatch of Season 1 of Jessica Jones and geez, I forgot how dark this show gets. I also forgot how much sex this show has, like enough already.

Avengers

Aside from the formation of Thunderbolts as a government-approved team of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, Captain Marvel will also be responsible for a team. Sam Wilson will be caught out of loop with the existence of these teams and the fact that one of them involves Bucky and villains. This will be a problem for the 616 during the events of Doomsday.

Shang-Chi

He will be a member of Danver’s Avengers. His sequel will deal with the Atlas Foundation. The reason it hasn’t been announced isn’t due to DDC’s other commitments. It’s merely not the time yet.

X-Men

One idea that his source has heard for a while in terms of Marvel’s vision of Mutants is that HWR removed/prevented the majority of them from being in the Sacred Timeline. The results of Secret Wars will basically put them back into a universe they were not allowed to naturally participate in

I would guess because the reference to He Who Remains for the entire existence of mutants

How do these people have so much info on future projects that aren’t even going to be in this saga, but they can’t tell me what the asterisk in the Thunderbolts title means? Or is that just one of the secrets they claim they won’t reveal because it’ll “ruin the surprise for everyone”?

 

Probably trying to cover their ass. If these people do have that knowledge, it would be better to be vague and and open ended than to jeopardize their contacts, since Disney has really been cracking down on it since NWH.

I’m still salty that they just leave Squirrel Girl on the table and do nothing with her, give them people what they want.

 

I think I've solidified why I hate the siblings on Jessica Jones, Robyn especially.

It's because besides being completely fucking weird, Robyn exists only to be a spanner in the works, she literally is responsible for the plot extending for three more episodes, which would be more forgivable if she weren't such a hate sink.
