My only gaming resolution is to just slowly work my way through all the quality first party playstation stuff I missed the last gen+

 

I usually do one game at a time, but it's easier to do that when they're like 10hr Metroidvanias. If I'm playing a longer campaign I might have a roguelike (deckbuilder) on the side. I usually finish a long campaign within a month or two, and I try to space those out by playing a lot of shorter games in between. Like, I wanna knock out a couple more now before I start Jedi Survivor and it takes over my life

Old game but tearing through the Titanfall 2 campaign and it's an absolute banger. Incredibly fun and smooth controls, fantastic graphics even for today (and it was built on source??) and just perfect pacing. The 'shifting' level is a masterclass in level design.

Doesn't have to be FPS, but what else just has a brisk, fun campaign that's over before it outstays it's welcome?
