i havent fully finished a game in years lol

 

cut my losses and bailed out of the quest to go do some side quests, feel severely underleveled

My resolution: I want to find a DSi and a New 3DS to mod because I am scared of bricking mine

 

I want to finish at least 10 games this year but like also not force myself to finish them and rather it be organically tbh

Making an effort to stick with one game at a time and finish the ones I really enjoy. Been playing Octopath 2 recently and loving it so far. If I was jumping between games like I used to I wouldn't be nearly as far into it as I am at this point.

 

I've finished like 5 games in my life and most of them were just beating the elite four in Pokemon

 

hahah I've been meaning to get back into beat saber for the same reason but I haven't gotten around to setting up all the PS VR shit again. The day we got that game we played for hours and the next day my legs were in shambles

im afraid to go back into ring fit adventure because it deadass was a good workout and I know I don’t got the movement anymore

 

I started completing games last year when I primarily played smaller indie titles instead of starting multiple AA/AAA games and never finishing them.

Currently, I'm playing Marvel Rivals, TCG Shop Simulator, and Astro Bot. The first two are more comfort games while Astro Bot consumes me for hours when I do play.

 

I like how in Astrobot, they at least made Jak, Ratchet, and Rivet robots, but with Crash and Spyro, they were just like "fuck it, here are their whole ass characters"

 

Figure out why my controller mic won’t work when I stream from the ps5.

I had more free time back then. Now I just pick at games until I finally finish one.

 

An hour or so into Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown and this is 100% my shit

It takes me many years to beat a single video game. FF7: Remake - years. Horizon Zero Dawn - Years. Control - years.
I think those are the only games I’ve completed in the last 5-6 years. And usually from when I start playing, and with all the breaks which can be months or a year+, it takes me 2-4 years for a game. I hyper fixated on beating FF7 Remake in Nov and Dec and completed the last 12 or so hours quickly after putting the difficulty down to easy. But I started playing when it hit PSPlus I think in early 2021. I think those are mainly the only games I’ve put any notable time into since 2021. I did knock out Destiny Final Shape when that dropped and grinded that. That’s one game I really could sit at for hours at a time and just play at length.
