I think a lot of these services will come down to what they’re streaming live.

 

I do like Paramount+ stuff, they rule at dumb fun scripted tv. it is just that their app performance is dogshit.

Apple TV+ and Hulu have the best content imo. Something about Prime always just feels lacking. Not even talking about the show quality necessarily, so I’m not sure how to explain it. Netflix is just a clusterfuck. Max is worth it for HBO and Food Network for me. I forget Peacock and Paramount exist most of the time, but they still feel more substantial than Prime. The best streaming service is your own.

yeah, i've gotten a ton more value out of Hulu the past year or so. helps that it was integrated into D+. Prime has always felt like a service that's just there, y'know? like i'll occasionally find good content, but it's not a service i find myself watching as much as others.

 

I mean, I didn't wanna brag, so I left out the part where I have a MA in Creative Writing and wrote a collection of poems for my sort-of-thesis portfolio, so...
