My issue is the seeding, it’s an absolute fucking joke Penn State gets a cake walk in its first two games.

 

Yeah I don’t think conference champs should get automatic byes. Needs to be the top 4 teams regardless. Oregon objectively has the toughest road to the title and is the consensus number one team.

I mean it is meaningful regardless. It’s the biggest stage the program been on since the 80’s. They were expected to be 7th in the ACC. Fucking cry about it.

Winner vs 2 Georgia

10 - SMU
7 - Tennessee
Winner vs 3 Texas

12 - Clemson
5 - Notre Dame
Winner vs 4 Penn State

9 - Boise State
8 - Indiana
Winner vs 1 Oregon

Definitely evens out the bracket a fair amount and then gives Oregon the easiest path, which is how the 1 seed usually gets treated. Three of those quarters would be excellent.
