  1. yeah it was - they usually got it right

having a 12 team playoff didn't eliminate the complaining anyways! The same debates are still happening! haha

Because we actually have wanted a playoff like all other sports instead of the Bowl system which is outdated? I mean only 4 teams making a playoff out of over a hundred is not enough. This has made the regular season much more exciting and is going to make mega $ for the NCAA.

  4. Idk man. I’m still gonna enjoy the playoffs and not let Kevin Jennings shitting his britches in happy valley playing in 13 degree weather ruin the whole thing for me lmao

  5. yeah why make SMU travel to fucking State College PA instead of like a nice location for a bowl game when it's just gonna be the same result

For all of this bitching I want Wisconsin to pull an Indiana next year and then lose by 100 to a SEC school in the first round.

Because more meaningful football is good.

  8. that's fine but we can still call the games shitty when they are shitty.

thank god the NCAA is making money tho

  9. is losing 21-0 on the road really more meaningful?

  10. lol you wish.

    Wisconsin will never be good.

  11. I think a positive for me is sending these schools into environments they typically do not play in. Regardless of the result.

Yeah. Playing a bowl game in some good weather sounds good.

But sending them to play in freezing temperatures in a hostile environment sounds better.

    Objectively yes

  13. I'll compromise and say a top 8 would be perfect

  15. I hope the SMU players find the same meaning too by getting dog walked by PSU today lol

I am personally working on the hypothesis that home field games are amazing, but will lead to more shit football than not (certain matchups, probably the 8v9 game most likely) on the simple fact that most outdoor December football anywhere north of Jacksonville or LA, amateur and pro, is shit football.

Still an exciting system update, considering who I would argue the best team in college football last season didn’t even make the final four.

  19. and hopefully it's to a 3-loss Alabama team too lol

it’s just this season. honestly could have done the bcs this year. there are only two good teams and one of them is better without their starting QB lol
