Selling out the greek is nice feather in the cap for Turnover. Although I see reddit complaining of scalpers

Looks like dates for The Used tour are selling out quick. Bunch of cities sold out already for the S/T and Love and Death shows. All three shows sold out in New York.

They joked on their burner Instagram that they're struggling to tell their team all the cities they need to add to the tour, so it sounds possible that we're getting a second leg. (Specifically the US South & PNW are listed in the meme)

Gonna likely be a slow 2-3 weeks for tour announcements people. As a way to pass the time, what has been everyone's favorite shows of 2024?

Green Day at Petco Park playing Dookie and American Idiot in full was my favorite of the year. I saw BMTH with Spiritbox, Polaris and The Plot in You this weekend and it was a blast. And finally An Evening with Twenty One Pilots, it was great seeing them in a 1k cap venue.

Those were my top 3 of the year.

  15. With the caveat that I'm seeing the Blood Brothers on Friday, best of the year so far has been:
The Get Up Kids at Metro (on my birthday)
Aaron West and the Roaring Twenties at Bottom Lounge
Riot Fest (specifically Fall Out Boy, Waxahatchee, The Armed, and Something Corporate)
    Spanish Love Songs at Metro
Spitalfield and The Forecast at Robert's Westside

That Green Day show/tour...not sure how they top that in the future. As much as I love them, I don't think they quite have the pull to play ballparks in every city for the rest of their career without heavy support or some kind of hook. They should revive the Pop Disaster tour w/Blink 182 and do NFL stadiums.

just posted my top 10 with video yesterday so im ready for this one!
    1) The Bridge City Sinners @ the pageant (masters of their craft, libby is most engaging & animated front person ive seen in a while)

    2) St. Vincent @ Riot Fest (was like an hour long art piece)

    3) Sleep Token @ The Factory (sounded crisp, visuals were intense, pull off the style switching better than most)

    4) Alanis Morissette @ Riverport (lightning storm in the close distance made this feel surreal felt like it was about to be canceled at any moment but never was and she sounded incredible)

    5) Digable Planets @ Atomic Pavilion (their flow is bonkers, and backing bad is tight as hell)

    6) GEL @ Blueberry Hill (bouncy, raw, energetic)

    7) Sincere Engineer @ Riot Fest (maybe most fun loving crowd ive ever been in)

8 ) The Postal Service @ Chaifetz Arena (swoooooon)

    9) Saxsquatch @ Riot Fest (in the rain, the crowd gave him way more than he was expecting and you could feel the joy radiating off of everyone, maybe biggest AND most hyped crowd hes performed for and you could see him taking it in)

    10) Fall Out Boy @ Riot Fest (the fire spectacle was great, nostalgia overload, so many bangers)

honorable mentions: sublime, better lovers, cypress hill, the doobie brothers, the Warning, Laura Jane grace x catbite, and Portugal the man
