He's on the level of Bijan. Barkley is an AP type, as in actually generational

 

Or Tet. I’ve said I’d be thrilled with BTJ and Tet. But I think Ashton changes a whole offense more than Tet does

I also don’t think Etienne sucks but he does not work in the offense we currently have.

 

I actually do think Jeanty is gonna be that good.

 

I think he needs the blocking to be perfect and relies way too much on speed and has no contact balance or arm tackle breaking ability

Barkley has insane moves, Jeanty has insane contact balance. Both deserve the word “insane” for how head and shoulders above the next back they are at that specific skill

Offensive juice is our biggest need. That doesn’t mean any RB can provide that, but the best RB of the last 5 years is a different story

 

Defense I still firmly believe is a coaching issue first.

 

As far as Bijan’s skillset, sure he might not be a generational runner by itself but when you factor in his pass catching skills he’s ridiculously under utilized. Teams should be using him like CMC - and even WITH Allgeier vulturing goal line carries cause he’s bigger and better at trucking, Bijan should be getting his 800-900 receiving yards on top of 1000+ rushing yards

 

Are they generational talents? I’m not nearly as interested in RB as an early draft pick if they’re not *shrug*

 

yeah I dont get the Jaguars because they really don’t have all that many holes on paper and are weirdly healthy everywhere but QB and WR for being as bad as they are

WR2, DT, CB opposite Campbell, maybe a Cisco replacement if the new regime lets him walk, and a few places like RB and LT where the incumbent isn’t SO good that you pass up a stud early?

Jeanty isn't either. Jeanty is a superb player but he's not a Barkley or AP. And I'm not interested in taking any RB top 5 this year.
