Yeah I think if Taiwan got to the point of using tanks in battle, they've already lost.

 

Yeah I'm not a military guy but like just common sense wise I don't see the value for them lmao

 

There isn't much value for them, that I can see. The only real chance Taiwan has in "winning" a battle/war against China is keeping them off the island itself; once on the island, assuming they got past any US military help, China would then flood the island with men and machines, overwhelming any remaining defenses Taiwan had left, rendering tanks essentially useless.
