yea Metallica doing a tour is absolutely why they didn’t draw people to Vegas, and I think we are all seeing that this Linkin park reunion just isn’t something that people wanted or are into.

 

That sucks because the undercard looks pretty good, if I didn't have pit tickets for Metallica at a show way closer to home I might've been more eager to go to this. I've yet to see Mastodon, Glassjaw, Poison the well, Refused, Queens of the stone age, and Meshuggah and would love to change that.

 

I start to think there wont be a 2nd day for When We Were Young

 

I told my girl we would take a break from going to Las Vegas next year for these festivals but I hope they continue When we were young for awhile and sick new world comes back in 2026 with a lineup that sells.

 

I think the Meshuggah/Cannibal Corpse co headliner is being announced next week.

 

Another AC/DC date leaked. May 28 in Cleveland. With The Pretty Reckless. Announcement should be this week

 

yup. with carcass. though i did wonder if this might fall through considering its two international bands and the snw payday surely was the point of the tour.

there's another stacked tour coming this week that was built around snw. though it only included the headliner and direct, and oddly direct is billed significantly higher on the snw admat. plus 2 openers.

 

any hints on this stacked tour?

Also slightly unrelated but very curious if Acid Bath plays any shows now that SNW was cancelled.

 

They got announced for some other fest, but I don’t recall which one

I think Acid Bath got confirmed through some website. It was on reddit like last week I think.

 

No clue but I assume Mexico will be in there

 

I caught their last Euro show in Dublin in August (per my profile photo). It was incredible, coming from a fan of 30 years. Hearing 80,000 people sing Thunderstruck or Highway to Hell was a true otherworldly experience.

 

I saw something on Facebook (in passing) about a Glassjaw / Poison the Well tour? I caught a glimpse went back and lost the post. Something about that festival was cancelled. I’m sure it won’t come to Cleveland if that’s a real thing.

thought the same thing about chicago and riot. though lolla could be in the cards for her.

 

The tour did Chicago last year, but a fair thought.

 

I wrote in the Warped Tour thread that Avril, MGK, Yungblud are all on it but didn’t know what dates/locations. I would assume DC makes sense for her
