I avoid gambling. i know the slightest bit of dopamine from getting a couple bets right would lead to me making bad decisions and being overconfident and then getting frustrated when bets that made sense don't go my way etc

 

Yeah I really can’t do more than $1 or $2 bets that pay out a crazy amount on a big parlay. That way if I lose then it’s okay and if, and if ever, I win then it’s a huge moment.
