We reach for the longest shadow

also watching the fan recorded video, it's pretty funny that Bryan got the memo to not cuss but Poppy didn't, haha

I never got into Knocked Loose until I heard Suffocate in the beginning of the year. Crazy that both them and Poppy are neck and neck for my AOTY.

I was hoping one of the other songs from their set would make the Kimmel YT page.

Still can't tolerate his high pitch vocals, but so effing cool to see them do this on national TV, especially doing the squeal, haha

Bryan's voice is a feature, not a bug.

Legendary tv performance. Much like the old Kimmel days. Love to see it.

I hate that people are upset because this band is popular. This along with Gojira at the Olympics were both giant wins for heavy music. It was amazing to see a band this heavy on national freaking television!

If it wasn’t for Gojira absolutely crushing it at the Olympics, this band should have taken the Grammy. That Paris performance was legendary

Others getting mad when a band gets huge is the biggest thing I hated about being a fan of punk music.

This feels so different than previous bands that “big” though. Borderline less accessible than they’ve ever been.

I think the whole “sell-out” talk is less of an issue at this time.

But it is truly amazing how their popularity grows as their sound mostly goes the opposite way. Pulling off the pig squeal nails that down.

I would argue this actually is their most accessible album - even if it sounds like their least. They brought in A wide range of pop influences in their low end grooves.

Like I said in the Poppy thread:

For every boomer making comments saying they were offended by them on television I hope there's a young kid seeing them and being inspired for wanting heavier music in the future, what a great moment in time for everyone.
