I assume all these pre-sales require a paid membership?

as someone who personally always thought about the SHUT UP WHEN I'M TALKING TO YOU bridge of One Step Closer during the bridge in Figure.09, I concur (though I like Two Faced for what it is)

    roamer. wanderer. nomad. vagabond.

i know it's a gamble, but i've been playing the waiting game with tickets this year and have been successful.

Unfortunately this album is an absolute snooze fest for me. The harsh vocals are great but the melodies and instrumentation throughout bores me so much.

  11. This is growing on me. On further listens, I noticed I want to lower the volume a couple times where Emily scream-sings high notes. Cut The Bridge’s chorus, IGYEIH’s ending or that one super high note on the closer.

Idk, she sounds a bit shrill to my ears which is odd because I don’t get that on songs with similar vocal performances like The Emptiness Machine or Two Faced.

  12. Really don’t understand why they announced dates in Japan and Indonesia for February but no Australian dates (yet)? I’m guessing Live Nation want a big tour announcement focused on Australia, but idk

My guess is they hit Australia and do a larger Asia tour early/mid 2026, but yeah Australia needs some dates. Don't think they've been there since 2013

I think this is fine, and perhaps a little too obviously boiler-plate LP at times, but I really like a handful of songs on here like Two Faced and Emptiness Machine.

Also, I think Emily’s vocal performance is comfortably the best thing about this record for me, despite all the dodgy stuff surrounding her.

It's not just me who thinks that presales have passed their original purpose and just become... sales?

Especially once it got to the point that they started holding back almost nothing for the general on-sales. If it's even a moderately popular show and you want good seats, the general public on-sale is almost entirely useless.

With how successful Emptiness Machine was I'm actually surprised they couldn't secure the #1 spot this week. Its on track to debut at #2 with 99k.
Missing the top spot by only 11k.
