I know I’m showing my age here but I saw blink/MCR in pit for less than $100 in 2011. Cannot fathom paying $65 plus fees for nosebleeds.

MCR prices confirm to me that festivals really are the move for me going forward

Same here. I did get blink pit tickets day of this year for only $100 though. Which is why I'm going to wait on this one too.

400 dollars is lower than expected? I do not think there is one band in the world that I would pay 400 dollars to see...these prices for concerts are insane!

That seems above market value to me too but not sure what seats those are for. GA was $299 + fees which is in line with other stadium face values. Guess if it doesn't sell well we'll know it was over-priced.

John // OC now, OH forever.

Nearly $400 to see My Chem, Death Cab, and Thursday play in a stadium? I don’t ever want to hear people complain about Warped pricing again.

I saw MCR at an arena in 2007. GA was $36 total.

I 100% am spending 25 dollars on a BIG white claw and sitting on the lawn at whatever ampitheatre the goo goo dolls and dashboard is playing

do we still think they're not gonna sell out MetLife? only resale showing up rn for me

I mean tbf they were 250 5 years ago and dynamic pricing upped that by 2022 so 370 inc fees base doesn't shock me

Tampa is basically sold out now for mcr. Fucking crazy how big they are and how much people are willing to pay

Every week some band announces massive venues, we all talk about how big those rooms are and debate if they can sell it and every time they sell out immediately lol

I’d really love to know that amount of people that are using Klarna and other services to buy tickets on Ticketmaster.

It’s wild that there’s a built in financing option for ticket buying now. Seems predatory.

I do this for more expensive shows honestly. I try to justify it by picking the option with no interest but yeah it’s super predatory

Is there an option with no interest? If so, that's not...a terrible way to go though not sure it affects credit scores.

Was pretty early in the queue for Chicago. Shopped around for a bit. Was $79 (with hidden taxes and fees) to be at the VERY TOP, BACK NOSEBLEEDS. Those sold out before I could confirm. Switched up the $99 option (still nosebleeds) and the hidden fees added another $80. I backed out.

either the economy will crash between now and then and people will be reselling their tickets cheaper, or they’ll get added to a festival that I wanna go to, or they won’t and I’ll miss it. I’m fine either way. Which is saying a lot considering 10 years ago I’d have sold my soul to see MCR play, let alone play the black parade.

One of my first concerts was MCR, Alkaline Trio, and Reggie and the Full Effect in Sept 2005 at the LA Sports Arena (now the BMO Stadium). We got floor tickets a month before the concert and it cost $25 plus 7 in fees. Wild to think floor tickets for the Dodger Stadium will be over 10x the cost as what I paid.

yeah, there’s an option with no interest that is split in 4 every 2 weeks. don’t think Klarna is on your credit score either- although I believe Affirm is

Klarna does a soft check on your score for the interest free option and does a hard inquiry if you do the 6-36mos financing.

Thankfully I had friends doing ticket queues while I was on a work call, but I got nosebleeds in Philly for $112 & not quite but kinda nosebleeds for Met Life for $162 (there was a cheaper option but wanted to be a bit closer). Both of those are after fees
