Bill will be coaching the Jets, i honestly don't see any other scenario. the Johnson's will 100% be that desperate after they're able to convince Rodgers to come back for a potentially final season.

 

don't think the Giants job opens up until Daboll fails with a QB that both he and Schoen are directly tied to. I don't think that would be for another few years. I don't think Bill is coaching that much longer.

 

I think you underestimate the sheer hatred bill has for the Johnson family and the Jets

 

i am well passed exonerating daboll from blame in a lot of these stupid in-game situations but, i think he is a very good coach if he has very good players to coach.

I've seen people say Bill makes sense but I haven't seen any genuine connections. Nor do I want to because that would be the dumbest fucking move possible. Which is astounding because all we do is make the dumbest move possible

 

I do wonder what a year off will do to Bill's attitude towards coaching

Plus his 10 year old girlfriend expecting him to not be too busy to text her back or whatever

 

what do you have against people that just want to be texted back

Connections are: He has a friendship with Tony and Shad is an owner who is perceived to be willing to let Bill have total control unlike say the Eagles or Cowboys.

 

You're allowed to want it as long as you're not trying to date a NFL coach who is 100 years older than you

I’m not doubting the possibility of Bill to the Eagles. The interest in January was very real, but I just have such a tough time seeing Bill give up roster control to Howie or Howie giving up roster control to Bill

I also have a tough time seeing how players in the locker room would react. I know back in 2018 that Lane criticized “the Patriot way” and believing that players do not have fun playing for Bill

Just don’t see a happy ending if the Eagles actually hire Bill

 

I also think that when you're Bill Belichick and you discover that while you're not a HC you're allowed to go on shows/podcasts and talk as much shit as possible and not worry about how it impacts your team it might be a power you don't want to give up on, shit talking is very addictive
