So I asked a girl out for some drinks on Halloween weekend, what I didn't realise at the time was that she was actually away on a teaching placement for a few weeks after that weekend.
She said yes when I asked her, and then we chatted for a few days, but then I panicked and stopped speaking, mainly due to not wanting to have to try and force an online relationship when we don't know each other that well in real life.
I'm going to see her again for the first time since, and it will be at training (She plays for the girls team and I play for the men's team of a semi pro dodgeball team). Lots of my friends, and lots of her friends, hopefully I don't end up being an awkward wreck.

Also this girl is crazily out of my league, so that doesn't help me trying to be calm and cool...

 

There are no leagues except what you put yourself in.

 

I'm in the NDL.

That can ether mean no dating league or national dodgeball league.

Dude, you got the initial date, be good to yourself. Just plan the next date, and try to get to know her in between. When you get to know her more, you'll ease up a bit.

Picking out xmas presents is the best. ia with listening to them throughout the year and noting it in ur phone. only sucky part is when idk if they've just gone and bought it themselves but I kinda nail getting ppl gifts they like but wouldn't normally buy themselves

My ex would buy me clothes and shoes I pretended I liked but actually hated. never buy those unless ur sure lol.
