I fucking hate what Joe "stands" for and I do NOT think it would have swayed the election as a whole, but ignoring Rogan's sphere of influence does feel like one of many mistakes. Doing this type of interview, especially early on, could have helped. If Mayor Pete is cool to do Fox spots, Harris should have been willing to take Rogan's questions.

You have to have a plan to combat that whole right wing sphere of podcasts, just doing Rogan does not get rid of that issue. It might have dampened it but it was going to get her to a victory by just doing Rogie.

 

I can’t stop thinking about all of the money that goes into and is generated from a losing campaign. I keep thinking of how the Oakland A’s make more money being in last place than by trying to build a winning baseball team and how, at the end of the year, you look at a piece of paper that says you made a shit ton of money and it doesn’t matter what your product did or didn’t do.

 

McKay might make some bad movies, but he’s always been a fairly real one when it comes to politics.

Also the message she would spew in that Rogan interview is the majority of the issue, just going on Rogan and spewing that is not going to fix the issue. That is what I have the biggest problem with that Ro Khana point, its avoids the problem by laying it just at not doing something.
