well a lot of black and Latino voters have pointed to things like “prices” and “the economy” as reasons why Trump is better, and if Trump actually does what he wants to do, he’s gonna immediately blow that up lol. Then on top of that you’re gonna get the attempts at deportation and a lot of Latino voters that think he’s talking about those other Latinos are gonna find out they’re targets too, either by the govt or just by the racism it’s going to inspire, so I don’t see the Repubs holding those margins in the next election. So yeah I don’t think they care about “policy” per se but they’re gonna blame Trump if bad shit happens I think just like they blame Biden for inflation and immigration now.

Yeah I was not going to but ultimately did this morning and immediately felt sick about it. Felt like a hypocrite and fraud for voting for her and I regret it even more now. Time to find ways to get involved on a local level.

 

Just to make it clear, since I've had a beer and am in a mood, I get that we're all feeling various things right now, and I feel for you and your emotions at the moment, and get it, and understand. But speaking for myself I don't feel like I'm a good one in the evil empire. THAT very fact is what eats at me every waking second of every day. I feel complicit in probably the biggest humanitarian disaster of multiple generations. Generational guilt and shame.
