Nothing good in this half so far on either side of the ball lol

I know it’s not as cut and dry as this, but it’d be a pretty dreadful look for Flacco to get shut out in his first game as starter post-benching

And my biggest complaint with the Colts under AR. Starting to look like a Steichen problem

This anti Dillon Gabriel agenda must be personal at this point

(I don’t want him to win but he will be a finalist)

Yeah, it’s Jeanty, Hunter, Ward, Gabriel, and a chance for one of Dart or Nussmeier to slide in there as a 5th invitee if their teams finish strong

When is the Heisman ceremony this year with the playoffs now wrinkled in?

It's mostly what I don't see in everyone else to be fair lol. That 2nd tier is basically just "excellent team with weakness at either coach or QB and that'll end up being their downfall".

He will probably be a finalist but he's purely just a college QB on a great team to me. Miami, Mississippi, and Colorado are basically DOA without Ward, Dart, and Sanders. Oregon without Gabriel is probably the exact same team.

yeah, I just don’t think I’d pick them to win even a home playoff game against any projected playoff team beyond maybe BYU, Notre Dame, or Boise. Which naturally means they’ll finish 11-1, get the 5 seed after everyone else close to them in the rankings loses their title games, and make a run against Boise and Big 12 winner

the Heisman website (didn’t even know that was something that existed but guess I should have expected that) says presentation is 12/14. Regular season ends around 11/29 with conference title games the following week so it would be the week after that. Not sure when the playoffs start but I assume they won’t start that week but maybe the following week, so the winner would get announced before any of the playoff games.
