Kinda crazy seeing this today when just yesterday my sister tokd me my BIL just had walking pneumonia and that they’ve been seeing a bunch of cases in her PT office patients

 

a lot of young people, high school age kids with this right now. my son was sick for a while and his NP did a chest X-ray to rule this out because so many people have it right now. ended up that he didn't have pneumonia and it was a viral laryngitis

You didn't ask for this reply, but I thought a response from someone who is admittedly uneducated (to say the least) on global politics might be interesting. Lurking through this thread over the past year, I was initially kinda just sick of how negative your posts are. Recently I've realized you are just bringing attention to disgusting shit that's happening outside my purview. Fuck this country man, i'm paying taxes for gleeful genocide and nobody gives a shit? Yeah I don't want trump to win, I already voted, but goddamn I feel so much empathy for people who didn't choose any of this shit, why ISNT it a focal point. Fucking disgusting. I don't know what to do with myself, but I'd like to donate to a legitimate Palestine relief fund if it's there. I'm too stupid to have a reasonable discourse with most of ya'll that post in here, but I do want to be better, or helpful, or something, just don't really know how. Rant over, but I do appreciate this thread for allowing me some perspective, as depressing as it is.
