Eh, no need for a Deluxe edition of Califronia. That album already feels a bit too long. I'd rather them put the unused songs along with the newly recorded on a separate EP.

 

What about if they release the making of with it?

 

In my iTunes the final three songs on TOYP are Time to Break Up, Don't Tell Me That It's Over and What Went Wrong

That Mark and Matt are in Sweden now feels completely surreal. I've been a fan since 2001 and they've never been here during that time. The last show they played here was in 2000 so I've never experienced this. They just did an interview on the Swedish national radio station P3 and I can't believe that they're actually in MY COUNTRY! It might be hard for some to understand but this is crazy.

 

That's pretty cool. Being in the US I think we take things like that for granted.

 

£55 after fees is a joke. They can keep 'em.

 

I'm happy they are recording more songs for a deluxe version. Really enjoying California.

 

Random thought but damn I can't get over how good Cynical is. Matt and Mark just shine on it. Damn

 

if you guys and gals could stick Hey I'm Sorry anywhere in California, or replace any song with it, what would your plan of action be?

I feel like putting it right between San Diego and California in place of The Only Thing That Matters would be my choice

 

Yeah I agree. I wouldn't even mind it replacing "California"

 

Anything can replace that song and I'd be happy

 

Hmm, it seems that Mark and Matt are now in Koln, Germany. How did people in Sweden find out about an acoustic show? It wasn't advertised at all, I believe.

 

The only two songs I wouldn't have on the album are the joke songs. Otherwise I'm quite happy with this record.

 

I like "Built This Pool" for what it is, and I'd easily keep it over "California." That song is just so overly cheesy to me that it hurts. There are WAY too many songs about how great California is and I've been tired of that subject for so many years...

 

The music in Built this pool sounds like it could be a cool full song. I just don't find these quick joke songs funny. It's like an inside joke and filling a quota. And New York and California people always talk about how awesome their State's are. California and how it makes them feel is huge theme of the album, and Blink has an acceptable cheese factor at times for me. I like the song as a closer, but to each their own. Delete it from your play list or skip it.

I like every song on the album so I just put Hey Im Sorry after Brohemian. If I had up remove songs it'd be the joke songs.

I actually think it works pretty well as the last song, it's got a nice reflective sound and I like how the first song says "I'm not sorry" and then Hey I'm Sorry is the opposite

 

Plot twist: the deluxe Version will be called "Utah".
