I have kind of a halfcocked conspiracy theory in my brain that the Thiellites are going to orchestrate the shmashashinnation of Trump after he is elected and then install Vance as their guy that answers directly to them and their dystopian technoautocratic Dark Enlightenment agenda and nobody else.

I remember reading awhile ago that many within that Peter Thiel umbrella of the new conservative intellectual movement want to replace the US government with what sounds like an AnCap Monarchy. Where the entire US federal government is privatised and the executives/shareholders of the conglomerated former organs of the federal bureaucracy vote amongst themselves to elect a CEO King to oversee the enterprise. Basically they want the exact system of corporate monarchism as the Ferengi Alliance/Grand Nagus from Star Trek: DS9 in real life.

I am really afraid that is where we are eventually headed.

i think this election is definitely gonna have some wacky results where certain states that aren't usually close will be close and others that usually are close won't be

 

the only way this election gets called quickly and cleanly and without drawn out clusterfuckery is a trump landslide
