Every Amtrak is delayed, only half of them have sleeping cars and those don’t go south etc

we had to stop 30 minutes in DC cause some hobo tried to sneak on the train and had a walking stick and everything. I was finna push him off the train myself with how long that shit delayed us

Whatever you do, if you’re riding an Amtrak overnight make sure they have a sleeping car. Otherwise you will be on horribly uncomfortable seats built for 6’8” robots (nobody’s spine is that straight and nobody’s shoulders curve that high who tf designed those fucking seats, a guy with a back that long would have zero leg room) with the bright ass halogen hallway lights shining in your face and if they give you an aisle seat you can’t even move out the light

I was gonna get work done this morning but someone sent in something stupid in the first minute of work which made me decide to do nothing for the past 50 minutes

in randys defense, i've never taken a train overnight. a trip that long i will simply pay to fly, which ironically would likely put me in a seat i am more uncomfortable in than amtrak.
