Why ? Aew took everything from ecw and oddly enough it’s working for them

 

I don’t get why aew won’t bring in Mauro Ranallo. They could honestly really use him

 

I don’t really get how AEW took “everything” from ECW. ECW was booked like shit for the most part, women were nothing but eye candy and most talent didn’t get paid lol Also the industry has much evolved in the 23+ years since ECW died.

 

Dude Tony even said himself how much admired ecw and how influential it was to him. I see similarities imo

 

And while I do agree the industry has evolved in the 23 plus years since ecw died I do the think the industry as whole still has a shit ton to work on. The industry is still just as gross as pro sports. I think that’s why my watching dropped down to more casual watching. Same thing with football

 

There’s a huge difference in how they are used as eye candy today than how ECW used them. The only woman ECW didn’t use as eye candy was Jazz who was actually a pretty awesome talent for her time. Of course AEW is influenced by ECW, the whole industry is. However saying they “took everything” from them is a little strong lol

 

Alright, maybe I should have said it differently lol. But I think you know where I’m coming at. Also, Jazz was awesome, she should’ve have been a star in wwf

obviously ECW was hugely influential and there's tons of great moments from those 7 or 8 years, but the nostalgia bait of it all sucks IMO. It's just cheap pop stuff.

like why do a show at that arena? are you gonna bring it Raven or something? are they gonna crucify Andre Chase?

Honestly NXT should be running an extreme rules type show if they wanna do something at the arena

 

nxt on the same night as dynamite is dope bc TK will book something psychotic like Takeshita v Vikingo for the title

 

Why does AEW need him? He would be taking Excalibur’s spot and he’s the best part of the AEW booth in my opinion

 

Love Mauro being in MLP's booth. Hope they become huge because those two shows (minus Bully Ray) were a lot of fun.
