thanks for the heads up, picked up Good For Me, In Lieu of Flowers, Draw Down the Moon, and POWER for 55 bones shipped.

 

Anyone seen any official word on the cost, details, etc. on Across the Universe 3x LP vinyl via Interscope Vinyl Collective (IVC)? They were supposed to announce it "soon in October..."

 

Hoooooly shit that was quite an expensive hobby in 2023. if you average like $25/ea. (including shipping/tax), that's $11,325 in vinyl for the year. Do you think that's about right?

 

I see this being like $60 usd. But seeing what the aftermarket has been for over a decade I guess that's "nothing"

 

We don't talk about the money we spent... At least I don't haha.

Evanesce. Lol... 2013 I believe that and Fear Before Odd How People Shake dropped the same time and were available for a minute. Still regret not picking up both back then!

 

Yeah both of those are definitely Wants for me. Ah 2013, I definitely remember and regret not getting the FBTMOF but the but I had zero recollection of Evanesce getting pressed! I remember vividly randomly buying that album from a Hot Topic way back. Actually I remember getting that and Waterdown - The Files You Have On Me.........gosh I wish THAT got pressed too haha.

 

I ended up ordering from amazon

 

I bought that Anatomy cd when it came out after hearing their tunes on mp3.com. It's wild think what that band became now!

Damn! Waterdown was a jam!

I'd love to own Never Kill the Boy on the First Date on vinyl. That album was solid!!

 

Forgot this was a tri-fold - happy 20 years

 

Yeah their trajectory was something I don't think anyone saw coming, and it's been been awesome to see.

Files was my first Waterdown so I went backwards before continuing to follow them. Ahh the early 00s had some great music!

 

Went to a vintage vinyl market this morning and walked away a much less wealthy man.

 

It's probably not far off. My bank account is definitely much happier now that I've cut way back.
