any idea what cities?

 

I feel what made Warped Tour special is that it created a scene for all the up-and-coming buzz bands to connect and network with larger artists and their fanbases. Seeing weird up-and-coming (at the time) bands like Knocked Loose, Waterparks, PVRIS, Issues, Bad Omens, Silent Planet, and Chase Atlantic grow and carve out their fanbase and connect with other artists was the really fulfilling part of the tour. If this is just another destination festival without any real strong undercard I don't think it will really capture the spirit of Warped.

 

Green Day as a headliner would be sick

 

I remember they were holding a spot for The Ghost Inside for when they recover and ready to play shows again, so it would be nice they fulfill the promise

 

I can't imagine ETID getting back together for at least five years after how bad everything went, but I'm assuming Better Lovers would do it in a heartbeat.

 

That would be dope

Wishful thinking! Some of my favorite Warped Tour memories involved them. Better lovers would be cool, I hope that new album is a banger.

 

The 2 day fest in 2019 in Atlantic City was like $125 if I remember correctly, and even that seemed on the cheap side imo given the lineup. You'd probably be looking at something like $200 + fees now if they do something similar in making it 2 days (which would probably be a fair price depending on the lineup)

I wonder how long after When we were young we'll be getting an update and if they'll slowly announce the lineup like back in the day or all at once. I want some definite locations.

I want to know location and dates that way I don't buy tickets to another show for the same day. I feel we'll get something right after When we were young.

 

Doing the Kevin Lyman punk rock museum tour during when we were young. I'll make sure to ask when will see dates haha

 

That's sick! I was debating on doing the sunday one but now it's sold out.

 

That's the one I'm doing! Only downside is doing the tour after an all day festival haha

 

I know! I'd be easier if it was on friday. My feet are killing me the next day lol, I haven't been to punk rock museum yet i'm probably doing the hopeless records event one. Have fun!

I believe Orlando is one of the locations for next year. Saw a Warped ad in the wild here in Vegas (I’m here for WWWY) but didn’t see all the dates and locations. Friend of mine might’ve snapped a pic and I will ask him in the morning. Someone else very well might have it here by then tho.

 

Washington DC - June 14-15
Long Beach, CA - July 26-27
Orlando, FL - November 15-16

 

You assume Vegas is in that mix too, cause I like many heard four dates

 

Where in dc would it be? Not super familiar with the area

 

Possibly one of the amphitheaters it’s been in the past. Jiffy Lube Live (in Bristow, VA), or merriweather (Columbia, MD). RFK stadium in dc proper maybe? Not sure if they’ve started the demolition for it yet.

 

No Vegas. These are the three cities.
