Collin Farrell should of got an Oscar nomination for his performance in Phone Booth years ago!!

 

The funniest piece of trivia for “Phone Booth” is Frou Frou wrote “Let Go” for it and it ended up as the “Garden State” song.

 

anyone have any recommendations for some good niche documentaries? we've gotten in the habit recently of going out to eat at our local Mexican restaurant every Sunday or two and then coming back and watching a niche documentary on a subject we're unfamiliar with. the previous two times have included Set! (about the world of competitive table-setting, which i believe is on Discovery+, but we rented), and Tickled (on the secrets behind competitive endurance tickling, which is on Netflix and Max, iirc). we have a running list going, but i'm looking to field some more recommendations.

 

Check out The Race to Alaska on Prime. It follows an annual 750 mile boat race from WA up to Alaska where the catch is the racers aren’t allowed to use motors of any kind on their boats. I enjoyed it quite a bit.
