I can watch Wolfs at home for "free", why would I pay to see it in the theater?

 

the point of that tweet is to emphasize the difference in cultural impact a theatrical run can make. no one is talking about wolfs. it will be forgotten

 

Why are 4K Blu-rays so expensive now? Went to look at the 4K steelbook for Alien Romulus. $65 on amazon to pre order. That's insane. I remember 4K steelbooks being $35 a year ago. A $30 increase is not worth the price.

i remember $40 being too much for Prey, and $50 for any of the D+ shows also being a lot. maybe that Prey pricing structure is similar since both are 2 discs, but they charge $5 extra for the digital copy?

 

the problem is that everything is considered a collectible so they can charge more for it, I agree even $25 or $30 is steep for a blu ray or vinyl

 

Charging extra for a digital copy should be illegal unless they guarantee you actually are able to redeem it no matter when you buy it. If that shit is sold from a store, you should be able to redeem it the day it releases or 10 years later.
