Is this one different than the Crash Love bonus edition?

 

From the way it's named, that's what I assumed

 

I think they're the same then, because the CL version is named the same way.

If it's any consolidation, I searched the thread and didn't see anyone mention "Weight of Words" being released on the Black Sails 25th anniversary repress back in June. There's a new thing.

 

STS b sides are some of the best songs the band has

they cooked for sure but not enough to put them on the friggin actual album !

 

The album itself is too stacked to fit!! Shoulda been a double album tbh

 

imo this version is better than the finished result.. sounds of black sails

 

Always loved that version so much.

 

Really nice to have these b-sides actually on the same album era they're from. Rabbits Are Roadkill continues to be one of my favourites.

 

Oh man feels good to have Rabbits on Spotify and not have to listen to it on Youtube anymore

 

I know I've said it a million times in this thread already but I'd love a full b-side album from them.

We all know there's still some songs in the vault.

 

Woah, I've never heard that version before. That's pretty cool to hear. I'm not sure if I like the half-time chorus though. The chorus on the album version is sooo good.

 

No way is this version better lmao. That chorus is like a train hitting a brickwall

 

Extremely bizarre choice for the Deluxe edition to release it like they did.

It includes "...but home is nowhere" as it's own track, then the 10 minute version of "This Time Imperfect" after it as it's own track... BUT then it doesn't include "Now The World" as it's own track, then included the version from the UK release where it's "Now The World / This Time Imperfect" as a single 15 min track, so This Time Imperfect is on there twice. Bizarre

This demo definitely isn't better than the actual version, but it's certainly interesting to hear

 

I’ve enjoyed the demo versions for what they are. The chorus of Paper Airplanes on the final version hits different but I love seeing the bones of these songs. This Celluloid Dream is probably my favorite.

 

Came here to say the exact thing, just downright bizarre. They gotta fix that so it truly flows as one.

 

There’s been a lot of weird shit happening on Spotify lately with major labels doing this or taking stuff down after buying out another label.
