Oh for sure. I am a little surprised that hasn’t been announced yet. Sony’s strategy of game announcements usually is they don’t show/announce games until they’re getting extremely close to releasing, outside of a teaser here and there like God of War/TLOU2. I am surprised we haven’t gotten a small teaser for it yet, but maybe it’s coming soon, I hope it is at least haha I want to go back to that world so badly

 

I could see GOT2 at the game awards. I wouldn’t be shocked to see a teaser from Santa Monica soon either.

So I've been watching this all unfold through others online haha, and a lot of people have started to get stuff about 48 hours later while others are still out of luck. A lot of people have also either called McDonald's customer service line or contacted support through the app with receipt info and have heard back the next day. It's crazy how this has been a clusterfuck with like 90% of people I've seen online had to wait way longer than expected.

Maybe McD's wasn't expecting this much of a rush for the collab? Psh I could've told them that lol this being the first ever collab (while china has gotten them for years now) AND it being an item you can't even buy IN-GAME meant there's be a crazy rush.

 

Because, and you're not the only one who was confused by this, but patent infringement has nothing to do with the character designs or anything art related, which would be copyright infringement. It has to do with game mechanics, which still doesn't help since it's not clear what Nintendo's taking issue with, but it's a totally different ball game. Pokéball game.

 

Yeah a lot of people are getting thrown off about what the lawsuit is targeting, and I really don't like the idea of this lawsuit one bit. I'm worried about the repercussions about them drawing those lines in regards to other games
