Hmmmmm...he's the kind of guy who could do a few years in AEW and still go back to WWE without issue. And its not like he's gonna become champion in WWE anytime soon

 

Went back and watched the main event from yesterday and JR absolutely should never do commentary ever again. Dude literally said, in a match with Swerve, “shut up and wrestle” and that’s just unacceptable imo. I know they won’t fully get rid of him, and it was even likely Danielson’s request to have JR call this match, but dear god, just stop enabling a man who has clearly lost his ability to add value in the context of coherent entertainment.

 

Yeah watching that match I thought JR kind of shit all over Swerve especially since he is a tweener and not a true heel. Made their champ look weak when JR is second guessing and criticizing him the whole match. Thankfully Swerve still looked like a million bucks.

 

want a KO AEW run sooo fucking bad

 

Gable doesn’t have to win but I am wondering how long they can beat up the same group of heels with no adversity.

KO in AEW would be so good. Him v Hangman, him v MJF, him v OC, hell, him v Jericho might actually be a jericho segment i'd enjoy again
