I remember being a young lad and so excited for The Crow: City of Angels and then I finally saw it and even then I knew it was an objectively terrible film (without really knowing anything much about film)

 

I did remembered that the original cut of The Crow : City Of Angels was a lot longer, an completely different film and it tested really high at test screenings but the studio wanted to be like the original so they cut the movie down a lot to the version that was released in cinemas unfortunately. It seems like this franchise as a whole is cursed.

 

Probably the most cursed franchise next to Poltergeist

I only seen the first 2 but never seen the 3rd one before!

 

I remember showing my daughter the original Poltergeist and it didn’t creep her out, she definitely inherited a lack of fear for horror from ole Dad.

 

Give it a watch! It's got some legit creepy stuff and a great setting in a huge '80s skyscraper, plus Lara Flynn Boyle and Tom Skerritt.

 

I will definitely check it out over the weekend!

 

Poltergeist is prob the only classic series I’ve never seen any films in

 

I don’t care what Tobe said, Poltergeist is a Spielberg movie all but in a name and if not, is a damn good Spielberg imitation

 

Isolated was a decently creepy and gory film with a young Ruth Nega and Sean Harris.

Milk & Serial was good! Lots of unsettling fun, perfect runtime

 

Walmart Glow in the Dark covers Te out for anyone who cares! I usually try to pick up something and this time it was finally the Nightmare on Elm Street collection.

 

Saw those today as well. Not sure which one I wanna get yet. I was hoping they had the You're Next steelbook but they were out of all those Bloody Disgusting editions

 

Dunno if this counts as Horror but there isn’t a thread for it — Strange Darling. Saw this tonight and it frickin rocked

 

We Need to Do Something didn’t really work for me. Interesting idea but meh execution. Some decent scenes but doesn’t come together

 

Finally rewatched House, always more ridiculous than I remember

 

Finally watched Romulus and it ruled

 

Rewatching Alien rn. Every night going forward is the next film in the series

 

I need to finish Resurrection so I can rewatch AVP, Prometheus, and Covenant

 

Covenant is the only one I haven’t seen before. I will not be revisiting the AVP films
