Good release week between American Aquarium, Red Clay Strays, and Charley Crockett.

 

Been wearing out the new Red Clay Strays. Instantly jumped up near the top of my AOTY list.

 

what a week for releases! I hadn't heard Red Clay Strays before, but this album is absolutely phenomenal.

I really like the new American Aquarium album too. as it played, I was ready to pronounce it the best album they've ever made, but I'd be lying if I said it didn't lose me with a couple of the slower songs towards the end. still a great album though. Cherokee Purples is a hell of a song and I have no idea what the hell a Cherokee Purple even is! haha

 

Donovan Woods shared this song on his IG story and I’ve been obsessed.

 

Red Clay Strays album is fun, bet they’d be a blast to see live, but unfortunately the closest they’re coming to the bay is Anaheim

I am absolutely loving the new 49 Winchester album. Its fantastic.

 

Looking forward to diving into the new Michigan Rattlers one and Amanda Anne Platt & The Honeycutters

 

The Michigan Rattlers album is tremendous. A huge level-up, IMO.

 

New Morgan Wade is good. Wasn’t expecting a Kesha collab but song rules.

Great song, the rest of the album sounds like The 1975 worship. Haha

 

Yes. There’s definitely some of that but I think they have more depth/range beyond those moments. I really enjoy them.

I like Rattlesnake Ridge alot too.

 

Muscadine Bloodline album is absolutely incredible! I've only had the chance to listen to it twice but I absolutely loved it. every song is fantastic

really the whole thing is fantastic though

 

Wyatt Flores' official debut album is "coming soon". Dumb that they announced the album without giving a release date.
