Just finished Neon White last night and thoroughly enjoyed it. The last few levels did such an exceptional job of making you feel powerful in a unique way compared to other games. The way you can maintain momentum with the last ability combined with the relative ease of achieving relatively twitchy reactions when you're selecting your next target just felt so good. Gonna be thinking about this one for a while!

 

Wukong looks really cool and even though I've switched back to PC, when I play that, it'll be on PS5. Sounds bugyy on PC, and my laptop is starting to show its age and I think this game will push it to the max.

First impressions and gameplay makes it seem like it'll be worth a play though. And most first impressions have said it's challenging but not a true souls like.

 

I still need to finish The Rising Tide DLC

Playing Mafia Definitive Edition and the only achievement I've still to get is completing the game on Classic Mode. That race in Classic was one of the most infuriating experiences of my life.

 

I quit the game because of that race. Lol

 

Came very close haha. Hoping it'll be smooth sailing now that it's done.

I always forget games need to be unpacked on steam when they are pre-loaded UGH

 

It would take me the length of a novel to type out how much I adore the original soundtrack. Gut reaction is “aw fuck no”. However, I’m down for a different rendition of it at this point. I mean if the entire game gets it then why not the music. Maybe there’s an option to play either/or.

I know in the last big trailer I think it was the OG soundtrack. So I was hopeful they would keep that intact. Again, it makes sense to mix it up a bit. (The OG still exits!)
