Met my fav Canadian pop star today Robin sparkles

 

I used to love this show as a kid. Some of the episodes really struggled to fit the rise, fall, and rebirth within that 44 minute timeframe.

 

Finally got to watch The People’s Joker, and… it ruled, lol. Just very good nonsense. Shamelessly silly & smart & sincere; so glad it exists.

 

Well, I just watched Men in Black for the first time in my life. And it was awesome.

Letterboxd is a great tool but I don't know why you would read the reviews of random people.

 

Sometimes I write a real earnest review and sometimes I write something silly or a line or detail that I really loved. I feel like people forget you can follow people so if you’re looking for legitimate critiques, you can follow critics. It’s really not that hard to experience it the way you want to

 

I find a lot of cool reviews from random people on Letterboxd. Mainly on older films though. A lot of the "funny" one liners are a bit dumb but don't really bother me. Some make me laugh.

 

I don't trust anyone who isn't a little cringe sometimes at least

it's toxic when it's a bad review of a movie i love, it's great when it's a bad review of a movie i hate. simple as that.

 

Letterboxd is super helpful for finding my favorite genre of movie: good bad movies

 

It's a terrific source for seeking out lesser known movies by following people who have similar interests as you. Idk why anyone would be looking at random stranger's reviews for like big budget famous movies, tho.

 

After I watch a movie, I go to log it on Letterboxd and see what other people said. I probably haven't updated who I follow enough to make it useful, but I can see the people on here I follow and a couple of professional critics I enjoy.

 

I use Letterboxd to remember the movies that I’ve seen but I don’t rate anything
