I requested to take today off because I am coming off a wedding, followed by bachelor party, followed by gaslight last night so I’m very very tired

But NOPE instead I have to log in and train the Costa Rican group for the next 8 hours. I can barely talk

My HOA just sent us a letter saying we need to pay 10.5k by November 1st

4 years ago a building in our complex burnt down and they have to rebuild it. And now they’re making all other owners in the complex help pay for it because the stupid ass HOA didn’t have enough insurance to cover it themselves

yea Monday we just got HS planned so I assume we won’t be there ALL day

yep, my job is being absolute asshats about PTO currently

 

the only time my job will deny PTO is if you request it after a certain amount of people have already been approved to be off the same time.

 

I have to force my guys to use their remaining PTO closer to the end of the year. When they use PTO they only get paid for a 40 hour work week, but they're usually working 60
