Family friend unexpectedly hooked me up with VIP passes to All Your Friends Fest here next weekend, so going up Saturday after work to catch Dashboard, JEW, and FOB. Pretty nice surprise

 

All these thunderstorms this week have got to stop. Ha. I’m sitting in my car crossing my fingers hoping that Limp Bizkit doesn’t get cancelled tonight. Doors were supposed to open an hour ago.

 

Saint Vitus, Beloved Brooklyn Metal Club, Closes For Good

 

Malevolence said they would be back "very very soon" tonight. Maybe opening act for the Bullet For My Valentine / Trivium tour for The Poison and Ascendancy? Kerry King and Mastodon said similar but along the lines of we'll be back or we'll probably be back through here in 2025.

 

I knew Catfish and The Bottlemen were big but for me personally I didn't realise they were so big that they have announced 2 headline stadium shows for next summer!!

 

I'm assuming big in the UK mixed with hometown show? They sold out their two NYC club shows pretty quickly to be fair.

 

Same in Philly, & most all A markets. I'm so excited to get to see them!

This is a top 5 album for me, so I need to go. Debating on hitting up the last LA show or making a weekend trip out of Del Mar

 

have you been to that Del Mar venue yet? I went just this week and it’s super cool! debating between those dates as well

 

A roadtrip to Detroit may be in order for that Good News tour

It is imperative that I go to that Good News tour

 

it helps that the 30STM show had great support and i was able to get in for $25 with a pavilion seat… and ADTR literally always has pretty stacked bills when they tour so of course people are attending that one. cannot vouch for A7X, but Creed is having a weird resurgence too.

at the Detroit show Jared Leto came out during KennyHoopla and told the crowd to get up for the next song and it seemed like that kinda jolted life into the crowd, but it was very weird they played their own music between sets and i am happy to have finally seen AFI, but there was no way i was standing through a 30STM set waiting for the like 2 or 3 songs i knew that were played at the end, so i cannot comment on their actual performance.

 

RIP. One of the best venues I've ever been to.
