I said fuck it and did it this time. What the hell. What I invested won’t break me, and maybe I’ll get lucky and it’ll meme stock its way to making me a few thousand bucks.

 

how much did you buy? I probably wouldn’t want to drop more than $100 which is all I would bring to a casino lol

 

I did $500 because I had put it into my Robinhood account like almost a year ago in case I wanted to buy a dip on any of my current travel stocks and just never did that lol. It was like well I haven’t missed this $500 all year so fuck it. I probably shoulda bought more Novavax when it dipped because that took off after they announced their deal with a big European distributor last week. Oh well.

I just recently got back in… started an IRA with an investment firm, that’s been kicking butt so far… and got back into my speculative stuff, but with a new approach… like you said, a little crypto, ETF’s, and a stock here and there… seems to be going decently well.

I just had to become fully comfortable with setting aside money and just not caring whatsoever… just let it sit and accumulate when it makes sense.

 

Ngl I do kind of feel the urge to pull my investments right now and take the small profit I’ve made, but I also don’t know how confident I feel that Trump will actually get done all the stuff he says he wants to get done

I buy half a penny every six months

 

Weekly buy, essentially a nice lunch out’s worth. Previously I was buying monthly and matching what I was putting into my Roth IRA. I stopped for much of this year due to baby #3 and buying a house. Kicking myself for that (the not buying Bitcoin, not having a baby and buying a house. I’m very happy with those things).

I transfer to cold storage once every few months to keep the fees on the transaction low.
