Here we go. Love that we get such short breaks inbetween Challenge series now. Its like 30 wrapped up, weeks later was AS4, now less than 2 months to wait for S40.

 

I think 2 is absolutely stacked on the female side, but the male side isn't as strong as some other eras. The males from era 1 are stacked in my opinion. Should be a really fun season!

 

I actually think era 2 has the most consistent male quality. The ones we just saw recently definitely stepped up from their previous performances.

 

Ah yeah you're right. I was just looking at the list and the females and Bananas stood out to me, so my mind kinda assumed CT was part of that era too. I saw Brad and was like......hmm....lol. looking back, it's CT, Mark, Darrell and Derrick......yeah. I was in females mode cuz I saw Rachel and was like yeah she's the one to watch. Now that you mention it I think I'd have 1 and 2 tied.

I can't wait for August!

 

Derek and Ryan on AS4 I think are deserving.

It's a shame no Wes....or Kenny or Evan but that's a given.

 

Holy cow, all four of those teams are amazing. Pretty much the only person I'm sad not to see is Wes, but Devin kind of fills that role.

Is everyone here aware that Michele and Devin are dating? I wonder if it started before the season and it plays into the game.

 

From what I've heard on the socials, they met this season and afterwards were a thing. Dunno how prevalent their bonding was on the actual season so we may or may not see how it happened!

 

Laurel really grinds my gears, but she CRUSHES these games. It’s honestly super impressive. So excited to AS5. Hopefully less drama, but more cutthroat-ness (if that makes sense)

 

Yeah, she really IS a beast. Always has been. But she's a head case for sure. That too, she always has been haha.

 

I’m watching season 39 and holy hell I cannot stand Jay and Michele fuck fuck fuck I hate them. Couldn’t stand them in Ride or Dies but now it is straight up dislike. It’s late in the season and I hope they are eliminated.

 

Literally gasped when Olivia saved Moriah over Nurys!! Olivia what are you doing. And I can’t believe Corey made it so far in the game.

Ha, great song choice but I got to be honest, the trailers dont get me as hyped as they used to. Especially with all the cast leaks already. But I will NEVER look at spoilers. Anyways, lets go, I'll be there 8pm every premiere night.

 

Same. Only "spoilers" I look at are the cast reveals, nothing else.

 

same! Which is why the trailer didnt hype me up like it would have 5 years ago.

 

The "first" episode is tonight! Won't be able to watch til later, but hyped nonetheless.

 

I tossed it on for a few minutes, but I think it was just like a refresher of who the people were. I recorded it to watch this weekend. The real day is this coming Wednesday.

 

Yeah I watched it just now. I see it in some places listed as episode 0 and others have it episode 1....it's definitely an episode 0 kinda feel.

What I wanna know is, the house they're staying in looks gorgeous, yet I've heard the horror stories of plumbing not working and porta potties having to be used and other problems with the house.... I'm hearing it was a literal nightmare. I'm curious if they'll show any of that lol.

 

Ended up watching this. I still think Jonna is a freaking layup man. 2 challenge wins and I still view her as weak

 

Time to see how she is on a flagship season compared to All Stars! I mean at least she's not Aneeesa bad lol, however I did hear Aneeesa started taking herself seriously after Ride or Dies and started working out and getting in shape for 40 so who knows.

Best season premiere in like a decade. This season is going to be fun. Just wish for an hour and a half episode we would have atleast gotten an elimination or atleast the decisions. Well of course it was only 80 minutes. 8 gone first day is nuts. Also, the trailers they have been showing for weeks let's you know who gets past this elimination

 

So so good. Love that it's back and it's already shaping up to be a classic.

 

Also glad I avoided watching any trailers. Still blind who is an early exit.

 

Episode hasn't hit my leak sites yet so I'm still waiting.....

 

Really good first episode. Season has tons of potential. I haven’t read any spoilers but I wonder if the ‘twist’ is going to be one team winning like they used to do on the old school Challenges.
