I like brownies well enough but I’m not a huge fan or anything but holy shit is the one I’m eating amazing

 

If there's one thing I cannot resist it's baked goods, pretty much any kind. My fiancé was having a rough day so she asked me to make her a treat the other night at like 9pm so I whipped up some snickerdoodles with what we had in the house and they were insanely good. Top 3 cookies I've ever made and it was just on a whim without even letting the dough chill. I recently got some vanilla bean paste and have been using it as a replacement for vanilla extract and never want to go back.

man I'm telling you guys, having your own grocery cart when you have access to an elevator to the third floor is a life changing moment

 

I've started buying a huge jug of country time lemonade on every shop and it's so refreshing

 

Find me an option for having to haul groceries up 3-4 flights of stairs. No elevator

 

Man that truly sucks, you have my sympathies haha. My sister is in a similar boat - only one flight of stairs, so absolutely not as bad, but they are super steep and narrow in a very old building

 

it’s such a pain that sometimes while grocery shopping i decide not to buy things i need just so I don’t have to carry more shit haha

 

We got a ninja nutri blender pro like 3 years ago and I finally just used it for the first time haha. This thing is insane and so easy to use. Just made a really good smoothie with frozen blueberries, pineapple, raspberries and strawberry yogurt

Side note, if any of my neighbors were asleep I am pretty sure I woke them up. Oops

 

Yeah my roommate has one of those and periodically scares the shit out of me while using it. So loud

 

I felt really bad when I had to re run it because I didn't realize you want to put the fruit in last, otherwise it just sits at the top and never gets touched by the blades

 

Ironically, for the person who posted about not liking sour as a flavor profile, I do enjoy a sour beer here and there. The older I get (especially after partying too hard in my 20s), the more I just appreciate a light beer, especially on a hot day.

My wife's insane character trait is that she rarely drinks and doesn't like normal beer or most alcohols but loves the ones with intense flavors, like gold tequila. She'll say no to a cocktail I made, but yes Tia ngold tequila shot.

 

Oof I refuse to drink any tequila other than silver. I'm willing to dish out an extra couple of bucks for patron silver to have a good margarita when I'm out to dinner

Sitting by a campfire eating some thin ass pretzels because none of the stores up here have the hards and it’s just so unsatisfying. Truly bummed

 

I'm honestly not sure what either of those kinds of pretzels are lol

They’re the best campfire food. Just wrap one in a paper towel and keep it in your pocket, take a bite every once in a while. Also the ridiculously loud crunching might scare off bears, probably

 

Either that or it'll have one lunging at your pocket

 

Vanilla bean paste is the best, although I haven’t tried making my own extract yet.

Pretzels are usually a boring-ass snack unless they're a part of a bigger snack mix, but I do enjoy a sourdough or a honey wheat twist.
