just finished my last day of training at my new job today let’s gooooo no more making minimum wage while I watch the people training me make hundreds in dollars of tips that I earned lol restaurant training is so stupid for servers because trainers make you take their tables to train while they get all the tips (my trainer yesterday did split half the cash with me which has never ever happened before I was speechless)
