Hand to God, I literally had a dream last night where I was cutting up an ice cream sandwich and putting it on top of a bowl of ice cream. I have never done that in my life, but now I need to do that.

MB is the only grocery store I don’t mind. Before I moved to Massachusetts, I HATED grocery shopping. Shame that they apparently suck to work for, and the no female cart pushers sure is something.

It's honestly shocking that it's legal and from what I hear, things haven't really changed 10 years after I worked there haha. I think technically if they make a stink about it to management, they'll reluctantly let them, but I never saw it happen in the 5 years I was there

True story: I worked as a dishwasher and bussed at a restaurant for three years after I got out of high school. I still have dreams occasionally where I think I’m late for work and rush to work a whole shift there. It’s a literal nightmare. I wake up and say to my wife “I’m late for work”. It’s so weird.

I worked at a grocery store in high school and an old lady backed into me once like my physical body and once a dude ran through a huge line of carts I was pushing

A few weeks ago, my wife picked these up on a whim, and we've been buyin' em ever since. I can't even say it adds THAT MUCH to the Ice Cream Sandwich, but it's been the perfect treat with these 100 degree days.

Another reason to get Beshear or Walz on the case. People that have done tangible things to help children.

Wonder how Harris will do in the southern states, like the Carolinas, Georgia, Texas, etc. Georgia went blue in 2020, and I feel like Harris should be able to do well in the urban areas there, most likely keeping the state blue this year.

    according to republicans:

    Taxes: Bad

    Child Tax Credit: Bad

Raising Taxes on people without kids: ...good?

the only way this makes sense is if what they are really after is massive tax breaks for rich people with children. Which obviously, yeah, that is what they are after.

Maybe Biden could be considered sort of creepy in situations previously, but now that he's not running anymore, Dems can use this "creepy/disturbing" phrase to describe Trump and Co without any irony. They could have used it before, but they can certainly start using it now
