Trophy Scars Band

These guys kind of faded out of the spotlight here (and for me) for whatever reason.

Anyways, they recently released their final album Holy Vacants, and it's one of my favorite albums of the past few years. The band has one of the most unique sounds out there with the mixture of blues and experimental rock.

Honestly, the only thing I ever listen to from Alphabets is Assassins just because of that insane rap at the end.

Haha, well they broke up this year. But I also wanted to discuss the latest album because I delayed so much in listening to it, and it's phenomenal.

 

I've only listened to their first couple, actually. I've been nervous cause I hear that one's weird, haha

 

Great band. Bad Luck has always been my favorite release by these guys.

one of my all time favorite bands, everything after alphabets is in constant rotation

id assume they fell out of the spot light due to the pretty significant change in sound especially Jerry's vocals, shame though cause they really found their sound and progressed so uniquely after.

Alphabets was the only album I ever really got into, but this thread is a good reminder to check out their other stuff

2nd fav band. Got most of the collection on vinyl

 

They've been teasing something for the better part of a year now.

 

Also a few vinyl things that never happened, but I know that's money so I get that.
