I did not but what a waste of a golden franchise. I feel the same way about wheel of time that will almost certainly be cancelled after S3... They're too expensive for either to be 'rebooted' any time soon so great opportunities just pissed away for the next 5-10 years. I'm not really into Halo besides casual play, but I would have dove full in if the reviews were slightly more positive. Critics and fans were just meh. Sucks to see.

Yes and S2 was better than it had any right to be after S1 was a mess. Hopefully it finds a new home.

It really really was. The Reach episode sits at an 8.8 on IMDb and after a first season that ranged anywhere from 4-7 it was crazy that this was the SAME show. Myself and others felt the show actually got Showtime money instead of Paramount+ money lol since it was a joint venture and it showed.
