it’s a dumb idea anyway because the constitutionality of term limits seems sketchy at the very best. Meanwhile, two things within your power that are entirely constitutional is nominating justices and passing a law limiting or extending their jurisdiction over certain things. seems way easier to sell those two ideas vs. doing the unconstitutional thing and having to “now let them enforce it” it

 

I've seen some people point out the irony in Pelosi wanting Biden to drop out when she's older than him, but honestly, who better to get him to step aside than someone who herself stepped away from her house leadership role to pass it onto new generation?

 

It's almost like Biden knows that and is only saying this now to gain favor of everyone that's pissed at him and then not actually have to do anything about the courts.
