The damage Trump has caused to our country and the world is incalculable. If someone wants peace, Trump and the GOP either need to drastically change or go away somehow. This is not a call to violence. I am practically a pacifist. Trump not being in the equation would be a step towards peace. Again, not calling for violence as there are many peaceful ways for this to change. But you have to be delusional to not see why many feel the way they do here.

 

Thank god a “fragile political moment” came along to assist them with putting their tails between their legs.

People like libsoftiktok and Ben shapiro saying violent rhetoric caused this attack without a hint of irony is making my head hurt

 

that’s the part that gets me. “Existential threat” and “fascist” are being put on an entirely different level than the things Trump has said for the past eight years without them even flinching

Being a Trump supporter is awful, but he died saving his wife and daughters.

 

It’s controversial because the last 8 years has been kinda like watching someone run maniacally around the house pouring out gasoline everywhere they can while simultaneously playing with a lighter. Is the resulting fire a GOOD thing? No. Fire is bad. But do I have to clutch my pearls because that dumb ass finally got burned after nearly a decade of people saying “hey could you stop?”

That’s my read on why everyone is rolling their eyes at you.

 

Especially when, to over extend the metaphor, the dumbass got a minor first degree burn meanwhile the flames spread and started a wildfire killing everyone in its path lol

Being a hero and taking your kids to a trump rally just doesn’t compute for me. Before lastblues reports me I’m not saying I’m glad the guy died or it isn’t sad, just a really conflicting situation to bring your kids to rally for a fascist and also be a hero
