*even if* her intentions are good and she’s just ultra super overwhelmed in life and isn’t trying to just blow you off… it’s important to still recognize if you aren’t compatible with someone who copes with stress like that / needs a lot of space, and need someone with a more similar love language of commiserating together, or communicating better when they need to change plans, or something. So I’m proud of you for having the self respect to set that boundary and be like, I need someone more consistent.
