A Quiet Place Day One was... fine? Not disappointing, but not better than the previous films. Cool setting and creature design, but then you get lots of ppl being dumb for the sake of having dumb ppl to get rekt (aka get pulled quickly off screen)

 

After killing it in Us I guess I just hoped Lupita would have more to do?

I'm starting to fear the hype for Longlegs may be too much lol

 

Longlegs already broke hype levels for me. I’ve just accepted it lol

 

I haven't read or watched anything about it, more so just observed everyone else's reaction. If Maika Monroe is in it, I already know I'm watching.

 

I've seen the trailer for Longlegs once, haven't read any articles or anything about it. I glance through little blurbs about it just to see if people like it or not. I've tried avoiding as much as possible. I still don't even know what it's about haha.

 

I’ve only kept up with the marketing, watched the trailer once, and I’ve seen Twitter reactions. But I actually just disabled retweets for NEON yesterday because they were retweeting too many reviews/reactions and it’s regular fans seeing it now, so I’m not risking it. Lol

But yeah I know the basic premise and that’s about it. I didn’t even know some of the actors that were in it until I saw pics from the premiere last night.

 

I gave the movie a 3.5, but that marketing is at a 4.5
