beef wellington is fuckin delishhhh only thing i dont love about it is that you make the wrap with duxelles and i reaaaaally dont like mushrooms but, once its cooked you barely taste it.

 

ive always wanted to have a gordon ramsay Wellington but we got Wellingtons as an appetizer from this super nice steakhouse once and they were like $52 a piece lmao
