first movie i watched on my new TV was fellowship of the ring and it looked very sweet in 4k UHD

we're gonna rewatch those and the hobbit trilogy at some point soon even though I don't recall the hobbit movies being good at all

The hobbit movies aren’t good but they’re fun. I also didn’t watch the lord of the rings trilogy until covid so I didn’t lose my shit like some nerd when I watched the hobbits movies and they weren’t as good.

 

I think I had a copy of Fellowship on VHS when I was a kid but no idea when I first watched Towers and Return

I saw Hobbit 1 in theaters, didn't see 2 at all, and weirdly saw 3 twice in theaters

 

It's interesting....you were at a baseball game with friends and yet....no 9/9/9....wonder why that could be? Too weak?

 

I fell asleep during Fellowship my first time watching. The movies are fine though. Never saw any of the Hobbit ones, never will probably

 

whichever hobbit movie has the dope barrel chase scene down the river is the best.

 

I’d say you’re allowed a few breathers for a few minutes in between handfuls of dogs.

But yeah in my head I was thinking like 10-12 if I was saying “I don’t care about my health or ass” but when considering those maybe only 5-6
